1 Subscription Fees

  • All subscription fees paid are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
  • Subscriptions are charged for access to professional support, guidance, and resources — not for investment returns.

2 Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Unused services
  • Change of investment decision or dissatisfaction due to market performance

3 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was deducted multiple times due to a technical error
  • Subscription was not activated despite successful payment

Such requests must be raised within 7 days of payment with valid proof.

4 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only
