InvestLabs is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: XXXXX).

We provide:

  • Mutual fund execution support
  • General investment guidance
  • Portfolio review and goal-based discussions

We do not provide:

  • SEBI Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) services
  • Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
  • Guaranteed or assured return products

All services are provided strictly in accordance with AMFI and SEBI regulations applicable to mutual fund distributors.

2 Subscription Plans

InvestLabs offers subscription plans priced at ₹299, ₹499, and ₹799.

  • Subscription benefits vary based on the selected plan.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance and are valid only for the chosen billing period.
  • Benefits are non-transferable and limited to the registered user only (unless explicitly stated).

3 No Assurance of Returns

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks.

InvestLabs does not assure or guarantee:

  • Profits
  • Capital protection
  • Specific returns

Investment decisions are solely the responsibility of the investor.

4 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate financial and personal information
  • Take independent decisions based on your risk appetite
  • Read all scheme-related documents before investing
  • Understand that market movements are beyond our control

5 Limitation of Liability

InvestLabs shall not be liable for:

  • Market losses or volatility
  • Delay in fund performance
  • Decisions taken by the investor based on market conditions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

6 Modification of Services

InvestLabs reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service
  • Change subscription pricing or features with prior notice
  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

7 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
